Does any one else have thoughts on why it is bad Flash design?

My main criticism would be that their use of flash is pointless. What on
their site highlights the capabilities of flash? further, the general design
and layout is mediocre. they could have done a much better job - more
intuitive - and much more user friendly. also, the fact it cost $1mil is
absurd....
