FLASH: Flash Problem with Javascript Dropdown

I'm not sure if this a Flash issue, or a Javascript issue.

I'm using a JS dropdown menu, and when the dropdown encounters a Flash file,

the .swf appears over the dropdown.


Here's an example: (use the 'About' dropdown to see the problem)

Who's the culprit: JS or Flash?
