Do you have any problem at FlashCentral?
Try using Goto and Play Label instead of Previous. Also put a play
action in the beginning loop frame (can't hurt).
Troubleshoot it and see exactly what it is doing.
Put color coded numbers in a new temporary layer and take your frame
rate down in the range of 1-4. If there is really a difference between
Mac and Windows post a URL that demonstrates it so we can all be sure
it's not just your Mac.
