Hi Eric. Your site is off to a great start. I did run into a couple of
things worth looking into though. Your little intro "loading mission,
proceed" sequence spun across my screen WAY too fast for me to really absorb
what was going on. If you could slow that down, great. I had a little
problem recognizing your space ship as such. Maybe a little more detail in
its design would clarify the issue. My biggest turn-off was your choice of
colors (sorry). The "tommy-knocker green" just does NOT do it for me. I also
had a little trouble reading your text over the transparent green box; I'd
try to get better contrast between text and ground if you could.
Your design seems somewhat cluttered and unrefined to me (maybe a different
font?). To really "professionalize", try for more simple and
straightforward. Gradient balls were a fabulous thing in FutureSplash and
Flash 2; now they're getting kinda old. Also, try to avoid using other
people's stuff--like that starfield background.
What I DID really like, was on your buttons, where the green lines follow
the cursor; VERY nice. And I really like how when I exit your site, the ship
flies away, then flies ONTO the HTML page that I came from originally. Nice
touch.

Aaron
