FLASH: menus

I have a small 9k example file of me trying to do simple menus like a

regular menu system where the user clicks on something and it brings down a

menu and if they roll OUT, the menu disappears. Soooooo simple sounding. I

need anyone's professional advice on how to do this. If you'd like the file
