FLASH: browser detection

Could someone (A JavaScript fundi!) help me with a browser detection script

which will sniff out

IE 3&4, NS 3&4 and IE on a Mac.

I need to eliminate all browsers which cannot use FSCommands.

a link to a site would also do.
