FLASH: link movie inside frameset

Howdy,


let me detail my problem and maybe someone could enlighten me. I have a

movie

that ends with 2 buttons. each needs to load a frameset  and open the

movie in the main frame at a spacific point or frame in the movie. is

this possable?
