Hi David,


I'm sure there are several ways to get the same results of your

question, but this one is one that I used recently, and I hope it

helps: Save your file as another fla file, say perhaps "yelbot.fla" or

something. Change the base color of objects in your library to yellow,

and also rename them with yellow in their name. (close the yellow's

library) Open the original file (the red one) and one by one pull the

red objects from the original library onto the drawing area of your

yellow movie.fla.  Save the "yelbot.fla." This will put the red

objects into your current library, whether or not it is opened at the

time or not.  You can do this visa versa as well, creating a duplicate

copy of your file. Which is always nice to have, a copy of the

original. You can never have too many copies! mbrzys

Hi,


I'm working on a specific Flash site. I have to make a funny bottle,

like you see on my site:

To build this bottle, I made first a simple graphic of one "element".

Then I made groups of 4 of this elements, in order to have animation

like up/down, left and right. Then I build the bottle using two groups

of 4, the top grafic and the bottom grafic.


The question is: Now I have to build a yellow bottle, with the same

animation. But if I change the color of the base element, It will change

the color of all my bottles. Is there a possibility to duplicate every

object. In order to have a copy of the final bottle, but with an other

base element? So I can change the color of the new element, and it will

change the color of the copy of my bottle.
