This is very basic Flash. The Image consists of a single bitmap which is
turned into a symbol. It is then placed in a Movie Clip and motion
Tweened.
Then you use Tell Target to move the image.
If you are talking about the bitmap. It is a composite make from several
camera shots. There is special software to make the process easier. They
can tell you where to place the camera for each shot as well as
combining the individual photos seemlessly.
