I tried this this site on P166 wintel 95 NS4.5 and the Flash loaded but no links.
Is the Flash work complete?

As for the Cosmo plug-in, it tried to install, but I ended up with JS errors.
I think FLash interactive menus inside VRML world is a really cool idea.
The latest processors have no prob running the 3D graphics. I dont know how
interested clients would be. I mean 1 plug-in is enough to sell, but still it'd
be cool if done right.

As for cosmoplayer not supporting Mac,
I wouldnt worry to much, your cutting out a small percentage
of regular surfers who are mostly developers anyway.

Good luck,
