FLASH: target=_self; no reload/refresh?

Hi,

I'm trying to build a game in flash; my question is; is it possible to have

the url target to _self#someplace within the same file/html document

without reloading?

I need to stay within the same file in order to be able to register actions

(using the FS command).

Hope someone can help me;
