FLASH: moving lines

Another basic drawing question (I suppose): how would you get a line to

move along a certain path... example is at

http://cyberatlas.guggenheim.org/home/index.html

(I'm wondering about the line going in circles...)


And since I'm on the subject of lines... how would you make an edge of a

line blurred?
