I think DG's abreviation of "beg" is actually "beginning" and
"snap" is simply the flash functionality of snaping an element to the grid.
To turn this on activate the little magnet button on the tool bar, however
make sure you have the "view->grid" function disabled, within your drop menus,
so the grid is invisible but the element still locks onto the grids
intersections.
