Subject: | FLASH: Latency with Rollovers |

Is there a way to create *latency*, a small delay in the time that a
mouse rolls over a button and when it appears?
For those not familiar with latency - all Graphical OSs use latency in
their pulldown menus. It isn't perceived unless you know about it. To see
what this is just go over to your pulldown menus and roll down really
fast. You will notice that very few of the hierachical pull-downs come
out. If you move slower over the pull-downs you will notice things behave
differently. This is latency at work and flash needs it.
Has this been a discussion in the mailing list before?
