It depends on whether you want to view the flash file with toolbar etc or

without. But it would be a good idea to test a few different formats as pixel

dimensions differ slightly between Netscape and IE ans between Macintosh and

Windows based computers. I personally like to keep my flash files within a

java script active pop up window around 760 pixels by 450 pixels.
