Create a qucktime movie from Flash>publish. Import to Premiere, AE, Edit, etc.

and apply an NTSC filter to the clip. Computer RGB is too hot for NTSC- red is

RREEDD on NTSC and will bleed over the edges of objects. Looks pretty nasty.

Like radiation

poisoning. There is no standalone NTSC pallette as the pallette is virtually

unlimited in color

depth.
