Hey folks...nice to get a chance to post a question again...
I'm providing a client with a game (a very nice game, I might add).
Here's what's happening:
Intro screen. Wipe to black. Provide information on product(s).
Next Screen, provide 5 choices to compete against Company product.
<this is where I'm trying to test my logic>
Select your choice, screen moves on to continue and move on through the
test of your selected product (competitor) versus the company product.
So, what I do NOT want to do is create 5 different movies. I want this
to fade out correctly, and I'm trying to ensure that I'm being efficient
with my usage of TTs.
So, I can have an MC that has my "fade-out" phase (t-t-that's all folks
effect from Bugs Bunny cartoons--the circling in), then, based upon the
user selection (can I use a Script to do this?) call up another MC that
will play the appropriate response for the Competitor.
Sometimes, I read what I type and it sounds confusing...so, I'll retype
a bit...
I'm comparing the accuracy of Widgets. The Client Widget is obviously
going to be more accurate and also have the same effect each time. I
need to make 5 different "endings" to the story based upon which
Competitor Widget is chosen.
I'm at the point where I need to cause the selection process to force
the Movie to head in it's appropriate direction. I'm using F4.
I'm fully aware of using TT, and I want to ensure that I'm going to be
using it appropriately. Suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks,
Russ
