use two sets of movie clips: one for each state (to make it rotate) and one
for the state's name. Put the names on a higher layer. You can put the
buttons inside the states or the states inside the buttons, but either way
you should use TellTarget to communicate with the associated name movie
clip to make the name appear and rotate. This way each name will be in
front of all states and will not disappear behind neighboring states.
