Hi Eileen.
I've been to your sites - here's my 'quick' review. I apologise in advance.
I don't like anything about your sites - except your eagerness to embrace
Flash.
I thought I should reply anyway, even though you won't like what I have to
say...

(1) You should lose the Iggy Pop sound - you're in for a HUGE lawsuit if
you keep it in (unless of course, you have permission) The licencing fee
for a clip of this track would cost you THOUSANDS. It's not worth it.
(2) Typography - it's horrible. Your design looks like a Powerpoint slide
presentation from about eight years ago.
(3) When you make a Flash site, you need to ask yourself WHY DO I NEED FLASH?
If it doesn't add to your message then don't use it.
the design of this flash site shows you can USE flash, but don't really
know why.
You really need a good designer on-board - then you'll take off!

(1) same as (1/2/3) above.
(2) I can't press '<alt>F4 to exit anytime' - I'm using a Mac. think about
yor audience.
(3) the 'up/down' buttons in the digital CV should scroll the page
continuously - instead, they wait for me to let go of the mouse and then
the page advances by only one line. this is REALLY frustrating!
(4) It doesn't really do anything to promote the client that a well typed
e-mail can't do.

(1) Again, a great idea in need of someone with design ability.
It's messy - very scruffy work. Sorry.
(2) your main page after the Flash intro is SO BLOODY W-I-D-E!!!
1024 pixels in fact!!
