FLASH: incorporating flash in dreamweaver frameset?

Hello,


I was wondering if someone might be able to help me out with my current 

problem:


I'm using a flash published .html navigation bar in the left frame of my 

frameset (using dreamweaver).  I can successfully get the navigation bar to 

work... but it opens it in the left frame.  I want the navigation bar to 

remain constant in the left frame and the new .html document to open in the 

right main frame.  I've tried the <base target="  "> tag but I'm not doing 

something right.  If anyone could help... it would be greatly appreciated.
