Or if you've got the US version of Illustrator 8.0, you can try Macromedia's
new FlashWriter, that lets you export to swf just like Freehand. See:

Try Freehand. It's like illustrator only better in my opinion. Then you can
export your freehand files as swf movies that can be imported to your fla
movie. Download it and give a whirl for free.
