FLASH: Frames And Java

Anyone know the FScommand and Javascript so this will work in IE and

Netscape

I have a  html page containing two frames. In the left frame I have a

flash movie containing the menu, in the right frame another movie .I

need to dialog with the left frame to the right .......thanks.......
