FLASH: Judging Element Sizes?

Is there any way to view the relative sizes of enclosed items in a movie 

[ MC, graphic, sound files] to determine which are taking up the lion's 

share of a file's export size?


I did a simple one pager with a couple of movie clips and found it to be 

98k! doh!
