Very very very very very bad....

I won't be able to help you because
if you can't do it with Director, use Generator.
if you can't do it with Generator use ASP, and database on a NT Server,
if you don't have an NT Server, use Perl.

And I don't know much about Perl.

Basicly, you will need a programm (written in Perl) to send variable to Flash using "post" or "get" or a Programm (written in Perl) to add records (custom pictures) to a data base and another programm to send the variable of the database to flash.

In conclusion, it is not something easy and you will need:

A Perl Programmer
A DataBase connection
A Flash file to get and send variables to the database.

Better ask first for the Perl Programm on another list.

n.b.: To get your web site on an NT Server might resolve your problem. It cost around 10$ per month for 50Mb.
