If you don't see the Flash plugin listed among the plugins when you choose Help > About Plugins under Netscape, then it's probably not installed into the proper location. By default, Shockwave Flash NP-PPC would be installed into the Plugins folder immediately below your Netscape application.

On the other hand, you might be trying to run the PPC version on a 68K Mac. Please provide me (off list) with more information on your Mac so we can figure out what's going on. (Hint: Apple System Profiler can be helpful in trying to determine what's wrong).
