Do you mean continuos streaming ?


If so you need to have the following:

Shoutcast: http://www.shoutcast.com

WinAmp: http://www.winamp.com

and your own server.


If you mean have it start playing when you click on a link:


A couple of questions:


1) Does it automatically start downloading ?

   If so then you've chosen "Save As" at some point and unchecked the box

   "Don't Ask me again"


    Sorry I can't remember how to fix this at the moment, somebody else here

    should know.


2) If you get the option to "Open" or "Save As" then choose open, it should

     then open your MP3 player of choice.


NOTES:


I know the "Windows Media Player" now has MP3 playing ability but I'm not sure

if it will start playing a file with the .MP3 extension immediately.


Most places I've seen, get around this by encoding an MP3 and renaming it 

to WAV.


So a file like "foo.mp3" now becomes "foo.wav" but still retains the MP3 

compression

and will stream (play automatically) over the net.
