FLASH: filling several text fields from 1 .txt variable?

I'd like to have one text file send informatin to

several different text field variables, is there a

syntax to tell Flash to read part of a string and

place that in one variable while placing another part

of the same string in a different variable? (Seem to

recall seeing the syntax here, but can't find it in my

archive...)
