Subject:	FLASH: gif substitution

I am wishing to automatically substitute a gif image in the html page if
the user does not have the Flash plug-in installed. If they have javascript
disabled the gif would be substituted for the Flash as well.

This must work on IE4-5 and Communicator 4-5.

Does anyone know of a good source for this info? I can't find a good
solution any where.
