You are using the wrong method. There is no offset for regular Load

Movie.

You should create your original movie with a canvas (movie size) that

will be basis for all additionally movies. All movies loaded by Load

movie should have the same movie dimensions. For instance, if you want

one animation to play in the middle then place it in the middle of a

movie with the dimensions the same as the original and leave the otside

areas empty. Then Load that new movie with Load Movie.


In Flash 4 there is Load into Target which will load an SWF file into

the position of a movie clip and the Load Movie would replace the target

movie clip with its upper left corner located at the center of the MC it

is replacing.
