Subject: FLASH: Download FlashPlugin Popup Menu Removal
From: Larry Eisenstein

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way to avoid the pop-up box that Netscape
throws
up if the plugin is not detected when the browser attempts to play a flash
movie.
I'm trying to use use Colin Moock's HTML detect and just boot the
plugin-less browsers to
an html version where they will be given a button to go and load the
plug-in.

Don't ask me why. It's my client and he won't budge. If I can't get rid of
this pop-up
he may kill the whole flash front end.

thanks,
Larry
