i know the question was can the ripple be done in flash, but i would
like to pose the question, should it be done (and not just in flash
either)?
My personal feelings are no. The ripple is an overused and bad effect,
i hope that when you figure out how to do it that you use it
responsibly, cause it sure looks bad on the vcapictures site.
