Possibly, with Actionscript and properties we may be able to render
something similar, but remember this is a bitmap with a digital effect.
A while back I tryed to duplicate with tweens and did not come close.
BTW this is called the lake effect and there have been several very nice
versions of it though it was very overused there for a while.
