Yes Opera supports Plugins you just have to go to their site to see
how to install them for Opera.

I use Opera to test my sites and have installed the Flash 4 plugin
for it with minimal hassel.

The instructions for installing the Shockwave/Flash Plugin is under
"Sound and Music"
