Hi Marco,

Very nice work! I wish I had a translator!

I really like how you handled the staff page. I like to have privacy and I always worry about posting peoples pictures, but it's very cool
looking and you have the added warmth and personality of using photos.

I may not have had enough caffeine today, but it took me a while to figure out that the Navigation came from the two dots on the bottom
right corner. Web newbies may get confused or lost.

Also, do the words across the bottom go to a link or list what you do? They change when I roll over them so I expect a link, but nothing
happens when I click.
