FLASH: FS commands

Here is my situation:

I need to be able to open a window and a flash movie

will load. (I've got that working) then I need that

HTML file to tell the flash movie to go to a specific

place in the movie. So in other words, several HTML

files can be opened from one page and several of them

will open the same flash movie but each will need to

go to a different place in that same movie. 

My understanding is that FS commands from within the

HTML would be able to do that, however I'm FS command

stupid. Can anyone help me out or point me to a web

site that will help the FS command impaired? Thanks so

much in advance.
