I use Outlook and filter my messages to a new folder using the message rules option under tools.

Hi Rick,

Sure you also have mails directly download to a particular folder (other than inbox).

Go to Tools -> Inbox Assistant , then click on add and create the parameters for downloading the mails to a particular folder. Hope that helps.
