FLASH: Sound not heard

Hello,

Have a quick question, we have a regular little intro that

we have had a couple of people say no sound from some users.

Sound starts before everything else.


MP3 compression, not browser specific or OS specific from

the reports. Done in Flash 4, saved as Flash 4. The latest

report has come from Netscape user on a slower connection

with Win98 on a laptop. File is 40K.

Any ideas? Even upon refresh (yes he had his speakers on) he

couldn't get it.
