FLASH:Preview with Tell Target?

When I create a flash file that uses only tell targets to go from one mc to

another, I have found it to be extremely difficult to line up objects and

use any sort of design setup because of the lack of visibility in the movie

clips (since I have the movie clips fade or animate it, it won't show

anything but a center dot).  Is there anyway to do some sort of a preview

that will help me view the movie clips and line things up?  Does this make

sense to anyone...has anyone else delt with this problem?  Please let me

know...thanks for your time!!
