You could create a layer of stop actions for the frame you want to print.
You would need to create an invisible play button to continue the movie
to the next stop action frame.
If you do not need to be quite so precise, you could create a pause and play
button
that you could push to pause, print the frame (netscape browser) and then
push the play
button until you want to pause it again, and so on. I use this method all
the time to
print storyboards for markup.
