Subject: Re: FLASH: QT *within* Flash [ SUMMARY ]

In an attempt to defuse future posts on this already-frequent FAQ, we're
not actually playing QuickTime in Flash here. (The Flash Player is much
smaller than QuickTime itself!)

What this thread describes is a way to give the appearance of a video
within the Flash Player, by using a stream of bitmaps.

Recap: Flash 4 can import QuickTime files, and export this as a
vector-enhanced QuickTime file. If you save out a SWF, though, then this
will not contain QT content.
