That is because the MIME is not set properly for Flash on the server.

The animation seems to run smoother now. You seem to have cleaned up the
graphics and apparently have made use of symbols better, but it still
could use some optimization to rediuce file size and further smooth out
the image. Whether it will make a noticeable affect I can't tell.

For instance the steering wheel.
The outlines and fills do not match.
If they did then you would save bytes and the image would disp;ay faster
because there would be less details to calulate.

Optimizing ip related to this:
An outline in Flash costs nothing if it matches the fill.
Delete one or the oher and reapply the fill or outline.
