NO...
in the first frame of you presentation double click, select the actions tab,
select fs command from the list, in the command area type "fullscreen"
(don't put it in quotes, use lowercase) and in the arguments area type
"true" (again no quotes and lc)
export the movie.
double click on the exported file and it should work at fullscreen,
otherwise try creating a projector and trying again.

Trust me it does work!

Does there need to be a keyframe inserted? I tried this, and plopped the
command into the FS Command bar, and still got the same size presentation.

Hmmm.

I've attached the file if you'd like to see what I might be doing wrong.
