I like a good-lookin' gal (or a mess of 'em) as much as the next guy, but
besides a great-looking site color-and-design-wise, I saw nothing there that
needed to be done in Flash.
Now maybe I didn't go look at everything, but... I am at work, and women
appearing on my monitor might be somewhat frowned upon, even if I am looking
at Flash stuff.
