> 2. Can you change the name of a Scene and/or change the order of it on the Scene list? I swore I saw this before on a tutorial, but can't seem to figure it out.

Flash 4:

  Windows > Inspectors > Scene 

       Select properties to change name and drag to change order.

Flash 3 + 4:

   Modify > Scene - to change name

Flash 3: 

   Drag Scene Tabs on side to arrange Scenes
