developer through the graphic artists guild,  http://www.gag.org


the graphic artists guild puts out a hard copy manual yearly called 

the handbook, pricing and ethical guidelines.


negotiating projects, letters of intent, copyright issues, pricing, 

legal forms and guides, etc., it's a great reference to start with 

before you go forking out for attorneys.  (limiting my .02 about 

attorneys, lest we start another OT thread).


in your studio library or in your nightsstand, it's the book 

professionals know and love.
