Bitmaps is perhaps easier,which Flash will export as JPEGs, but you can get

better compresssion outside of Flash 4 (not sure about F5). Make the JPEGs

with Fireworks or PShop6 and import. Check the Preference settings for

Import/Export (see Manual)

You have to import .wavs into F4, it won't accept MP3s.

You can import MP3s direct into F5
