FLASH: Offline install for Internet Explorer

Is there a way to install the flash plugin for Internet Explorer on PC

without an Internet connection. I presume this has to do with the difference

in plugin (Netscpae) en Active X controles (Explorer). I only succeed in

doing this for a Netscape Browser.


Any advice?
