Subject: FLASH: Contract for development of Flash game
From: Rob Morrison
Date: Tue, 3 Oct 2000 09:49:08 +0100

I am developing a game on behalf of a client and will be providing them with
both the .EXE and .SWF files so that the game can be freely distributed and
also hosted on their own site. I am at the contract stage at the moment
and, having never developed games before, am experiencing difficulty writing
the contract document. Does anybody know if there are standard contracts
for this kind of work available on the web, or where I can get help in
finding something that will help me finalise a contract? I have looked at
Flashers sponsors (nudeguru.com) but didn't find anything that was entirely
relevant - can anybody help me?

Thanks in advance,

Rob.
