FLASH: flash 5 player install problems

sorry to email about this again, but I cannot figure this out at all.


I think this is one for JD. I've emailed macromedia support and have had no

answer.


If someone who has the flash 4 player goes to the download page on

http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=Shock

waveFlash and clicks 'auto install now', after the process has completed,

right clicking on the animation still says 'about flash player 4'. I have

seen this on more than 5 computers in my office.


I would say this is fairly serious. Does anyone have any idea what might be

causing this?
