I imported the swf into Flash and saw that the text is a bitmap/jpg(?). You might
squeeze a few Kb out of the film by using native Flash text. Also, vectorising
small jpg photos can be a benefit (or not, you have to experiment). Making
them vector with few colors could add an "artistic" effect and save you almost
all of your Kb problems...
